Sounds disgusting doesn't it? Well, after reading about the health benefits of grass-fed butter in coffee in the morning, I decided to give it a shot. I was almost skeptical until I had a few sips of it. It is so smooth, like a latte, no cream or sugar needed. Granted, it has to be blended, not stirred. I've not tried it stirred, but that sounds disgusting after I've seen the fabulous work my blender has done to my coffee these days. After only a cup of it in the mornings, I've been able to move for over half the day without crashing. I even tried to take my daily naps, but I have a hard time even doing that these days (which is a good sign I guess; although I miss it somewhat because I do enjoy sleep). I know it sounds disgusting (okay, maybe somewhat revolting) but you really have to try it. It's delicious and has fabulous benefits! Just give it a shot.
For writing music these days, I've recently re-discovered Thomas Bergersen. His music is soundtrack-worthy (and I wouldn't be surprised if he has already composed for a soundtrack or two). All of it is pretty epic, and it keeps my imagination active enough to type faster. I think he has either teamed up with Two Steps From Hell or is actually a part of the group. Two Steps From Hell, as morbid as that sounds, is also responsible for some epic tunage. If you want your daydreams to reach new heights, I definitely recommend that you give them a listen!
Speaking of listening to new music, currently I'm listening to Christina Perri's song "Burning Gold". I love Christina Perri. A fabulous alto, and her songs are generally fearlessly emotional. I highly recommend you go and listen to it!
Well, these are my thoughts for now. Our company left early this morning, so I got up early to say my goodbyes and then promptly went back to bed. It was such a wonderful visit! They really blessed us, and I'll really miss them.
Blessings~
